Location: Ebbw Vale HQ
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 39 Hours, Monday-Thursday 08:30am-5pm, Friday 08:30am-4pm
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Per Annum

Job Description:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, social media management, website optimisation, and campaign development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our Sales Team, analyse performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to maximise our marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive lead generation.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Create engaging content for social media channels daily (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Oversee the company's website and ensure it is up-to-date with relevant content, optimised for SEO, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and utilise data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and merchandisers as needed.
Assist the general sales office.
Work towards a marketing budget.
Assist with training as required.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements:
Over 3 years previous experience of client/customer service
Broad knowledge of digital channels including Email, Social Media, SEO, and Analytics
Highly IT-literate with skills in word, excel and record keeping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Proven experience 2 years in a marketing role, with a focus on driving lead generation, marketing strategies & business growth.

Qualifications:
A relevant degree (marketing, business, English or similar) (Preferable)
