Job Description:

As an Assembly Operative, you will play an essential role in the production team, focusing on the precise and efficient assembly of mould tools. You will work closely with toolmaking and prototyping teams, contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality sample products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mould tools and components according to detailed specifications and production plans.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet established standards.
• Collaborate with the toolmaking team to address any issues related to tooling or assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of mould tools as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and workplace policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
