Job Description:
Must safely and competently operate wrapping machines across enrober, mallow and moulding departments.
This role requires expert knowledge of either single wrap or multi wrap machines, with the ability to fault find and train others.
Performing all aspects of the role to the required standard (detailed below), in line with the written procedures identified in the training and assessment records.
Accurately and legibly complete documentation associated with this role.
Attend and be receptive to any training required for this role
Carry out basic maintenance (change cello, clear jams or blockages etc)
Routinely monitor the quality of the product exiting the machines
Diagnose and resolve operating problems as and when necessary
Set up and alter position of code on bagging machine
Adjust tracking of cello
Operate and understand the main control panel
Clear blockages on weighing head
Understand the presentation of product to the machine
Calculate the machine running speed
