Job Title: Operations Adminstrator

Location: Ebbw Vale

Employment Type: Full-time/ Temporary

Working Hours:

      • Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:00

      • Friday 09:00 - 16:00

Salary: £11.44 Per hour

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Ebbw Vale area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Automotive company.

Job Description:

Working alongside internal/external partners and sources providing support in reporting, analytics and transactions. Ensuring smooth operations across the shop floor engaging with production teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices between plant locations and customer.

  • Tackling queries from quality and warehouse regarding stock.

  • Updating SAP with key information.

  • Liaising with customer services and customers keeping them updated.

  • Liaising with the warehouse function on stock and stock analysis.

  • Purchasing raw materials both inventory and non-inventory to provide holiday cover.

  • Creating T cards to support the make to order process. Accountable for replenishment of cards.

  • Managing plan changes with the planning team.

  • Contribute to key operational meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make recommendations.

  • Prior operational administration experience within manufacturing with internal and external manufacturing partners would be advantageous.

  • Good overall understanding of the supply chain process flows.

  • Excel skills with ability to analyze data and make recommendations

  • Ability to multitask and successfully develop and execute plans in a dynamic environment.

  • Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience using SAP (MM/PP) is desirable.
