Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Operator role is to perform quality checks, record results and follow up any out of specification results during production runs.

• Carrying out product quality checks according to a defined schedule in accordance with the relevant procedures.
• Diagnosing problems and reporting to necessary person.
• Collecting daily reference samples.
• Reading and understanding product specifications.
• Liaising with Managers with any quality issues arising during production or when completing routine tests.
• Communicating with auditors and visitors during factory tours as required.
• Performing production operative duties as the needs of the business requires.
