Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team In Blackwood. We have branches in Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Newport and Bridgend and various sub sectors.

Job Description:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch.
Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
In addition to the above daily duties there will be other role requirements
Forecasting kept up to date on internal databases.
Management meetings and reporting regularly.
Understanding what to manage and when to escalate.
