Job Title: Sales Support Admin

Location: Cwmbran

Employment Type: [Full-time/ Permanent]

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Some flexibility

Salary: £24000

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Supportto join our well-established client based in the Cwmbran area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Marketing company.

Job Description:

This role will be a pivital link between internal departments and external business customers. Responsible for all administration for sales and B2B customer service. Delivering a smooth order and distribution process for customers and busines branches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order and purchase order entry on internal ERP and B2B platforms.

  • Provide excellent day to day administrative support to the Sales Team.

  • Provide excellent day to day customer service to retail accounts, ensuring all KPI's are met.

  • Work very closely with Finance, Warehousing & Logistics to ensure all operations run smoothly.

  • Work towards monthly brand targets by planning, allocating and booking in retailer deliveries, keeping them up to date with lead times and stock availability.

  • Reporting - produce weekly allocation, delivery and stock reports along with seasonal reporting and figures/updates for the Management Team on a regular basis.


  • 2+ years' experience within sales administration and customer service, in a B2B environment.

  • Deadline driven with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • A team player with very strong communication skills, along with the ability to work comfortably on your own initiative.

  • Proactive, driven and highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong IT & numerical ability, including Excel.

  • Commercial awareness and an interest in fashion/sport/retail would be desirable.
