An Update From Us

Over the past few months we have had some exciting developments happen within Candour Talent. We would like to share our successes with you so that you’re kept in the loop with all the goings on behind the scenes, from team members getting promoted to coming runner-up in the Blaenau Gwent Business Awards. All of our successes mean that we are able to provide our clients with a better service and can help in more ways than we already do.

We got runner-up

We are proud to announce that was came runner up in the Blaenau Gwent Business Awards. This was a great show of how dedicated and ready for success our team is.

On the 9th May 2018, the first Blaenau Gwent Business Awards were held in order to promote and celebrate the achievements of Small and Medium Enterprises within Blaenau Gwent. Candour Talent came runner-up in the Business Start Up of the Year category. To come runner-up in an award such as this shows just how far we have come in the space of a year and shows just how much further we can go in the years to follow.

Our team has gained experience

A highly experienced team is the secret of any business’ success and over the past year our team has gone from strength to strength, passing many milestones along the way.

Ashley, our Managing Recruitment Consultant has been with us for a year now. He has shown that he able to get to know your business’ needs in order to make sure any candidate is the right fit for you. This allows you to free up your time during the recruitment process so that you can focus more on the finer details rather than finding the right fit. He is also able to to fill any role you need, from shop floor to directorship.

Following a successful few months and after showing a good attention to detail, Gemma has been promoted to Recruitment Consultant. This new role means that she is able to specialise in temporary contracts within Industrial and Commercial businesses.

Our team has grown

Following our success over the last few months, we have managed to take on new members in the team, and we are pleased to welcome Laura (left), our Business Development Manager, and Marta (right) as a Recruitment Resourcer. This means we are able to meet the needs of a greater number of clients and place even more people into available roles.

You may have seen it being driven around the area but if you haven’t, we’re now the proud owners of a fully branded Fiat 500.
