    What is your Recruiment Process?

    If you are looking to hire, you can either give us a call or simply tell us a little bit about the role you are looking to fill here. We will then get in contact with you to get a better understanding of your hiring needs and expectations. We do all the legwork for you by connecting with our extensive network as well as tapping into the passive market. We will then present you with the most qualified candidates who have been rigorously screened and vetted by our highly specialised Recruiters.

    Who will manage my account?

    When partnering with Candour Talent Recruitment you will be allocated a dedicated account team who will work hard to gain a thorough understanding of your business, culture, recruitment requirements and preferred working processes.

    You will have an Account Manager, who will be your main point of contact throughout any hiring process, as well as a wider support team of skilled Resourcers and Recruitment Co-ordinators. Together they will work tirelessly to tailor a bespoke recruitment solution to perfectly suit your needs.

    How Long will the process be?

    We pride ourselves on our sense of urgency.  In most cases we start presenting our candidates within 1 to 2 days.
