Amy, the Compliance & Training Manager at Candour Talent, brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at the Department of Work and Pensions and Bailiff services. In her current position, she oversees internal compliance for the entire company, conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulations. Additionally, she handles systems training for new hires, serves as the Health and Safety representative for all branches, and manages candidate placements and bookings while also conducting compliance and DBS checks.

Outside of work, Amy has a passion for music, having played the piano for over 30 years. She balances her professional responsibilities with spending quality time with her children and enjoying social outings with friends.
