Tricia Scott

​Tricia manages the recruitment processes, client implementation, internal and external compliance, marketing and sales for Candour Talent, as well as, working across all three branches; Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, and Newport and overseeing our Retail division. 

Prior to joining Candour Talent, Tricia had 15 years of recruitment experience, 12 of those at management level. Tricia has recruited across various sectors nationwide and built fantastic relationships with clients who have followed her on her journey. 

Something interesting about Tricia is that she moved to Wales from Kent when she was just 20 years old and walked into a local recruitment agency to find work. They offered her a role internally, in which Tricia accepted with the intention of it being a short term stop-gap, but 18 years later she is thriving in the recruitment sector!

Believe it or not, Tricia used to be a dancer at Len Goodmans School of Dance for over 15 years. Freestyle, Street, Latin and Ballroom dancing. Tricia believes this has given her the discipline she has needed to work in recruitment. 

Tricia has two children aged 9 and 11 and they motivate her everyday to be the best she can be in her job role. Everything she does is for them!
