Job Title: Accounts Payable Support
Location: Bridgend
Employment Type: Full-time/Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE
Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Support to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.
This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Distribution company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Payable Administrator along with other members of the team
- Process Supplier Invoices into the system
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- Identify and resolve invoice queries
- Manage supplier correspondence via email and phone
- Support with the Month-End processes
- Take care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
- Undertake any other reasonable requests as directed by management
- Essential Skills:
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office packages and computerised accounting systems
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be passionate and driven to work for a growing company.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.
- Experience of working in a similar finance role
