Job Title: Branch Manager

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4pm on a Friday. This role will involve an out of hours flexible approach.

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team. We have branches in Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Newport and Bridgend and various sub sectors.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Recruitment business.

Job Description:

  • Leading and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance candidate sourcing efforts.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch.

  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.

In addition to the above daily duties there will be other role requirements

  • Forecasting kept up to date on internal databases.

  • Management meetings and reporting regularly.

  • Understanding what to manage and when to escalate.

  • Compliance and general admin duties.
