Customer Care Manager
We are actively recruiting Customer Care Manager to join our team for busy site in Eccles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with phone calls and emails
- Manage all delivery and customer queries.
- Maintain internal system data with orders and deliveries.
- Order processing and customer updates
- Communicate with external companies for any engineer visits
- Maintain customer communication
- Record customer feedback
Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Confident and clear communication skills
Skills & Knowledge required:
- Customer service
- Problem solving
- Ability to work independently.
- Good numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft products preferred (Training can be provided)
Job Types: Temporary to Permanent after successful probationary period of 12 Weeks
Pay: £12.80 Per Hour
