Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our well-established client based in the Blackwood Area

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established company.

Job Description:

• Raise labels for production
• Raise Works Orders for production
• Update production Boards
• Create new product records
• Housekeeping of manufacturing system
• Raise customer delivery notes
• Raise customer sales invoices
• Send Customer statements
• Process supplier invoices, matched with GRN's
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Manage External Pallet account
• Produce & Enter monthly stock take details
• Process customer & supplier payments
• Manage online spending accounts

Requirements

• Excellent telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Sage 50 and CIM50, but not essential
• Ability to liaise with customers and suppliers
