Internal Sales Representative (Electronics/Engineering)

Are you from an electronic assembly or engineering background and looking to step into sales?

Candour Talent is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join a growing team within a leading technical distribution company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in electronic assembly or engineering who is looking to transition into a sales role, OR for someone with previous sales, customer service, or admin experience within a technical environment.

The Role

🔹 Handling inbound sales enquiries and processing customer orders.
🔹 Following up on quotations and engaging with customers via phone and email.
🔹 Identifying potential new business opportunities and making outbound sales calls (warm leads).
🔹 Managing customer accounts and providing excellent service.
🔹 Assisting the marketing team with promotions and campaigns.
🔹 Using CRM and sales tools to track customer activity and performance.

What We're Looking For

- Background in electronic assembly, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration within a technical/manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
