Job Description:


Do you know your way around a motorcycle? We're looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Motorcycle Technician to join our team at our location in Crawley. If you're ready to take on a role where no two days are the same and you'll be exposed to every make and model under the sun, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

* Diagnose & Repair: Identify standard and complex faults and resolve them efficiently.
* Service & Rebuild: Perform routine maintenance, strip, fit, and replace components, including major engine work.
* Meet Deadlines: Keep to schedules, ensuring customers get their bikes on time and in top condition.

What we're looking for:

* Experience: Proven track record as a Motorcycle Technician would be an advantage.
* Attention to Detail: Spot issues others might miss and take pride in getting it right the first time.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Confident tackling tricky repairs and finding innovative solutions.
* Passion for Bikes: You live and breathe motorcycles, and it shows in your work.
* Drive: Ambitious and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
* Licence: A valid motorcycle licence would be a big plus, but it's not a deal-breaker.
