Salary: £12.98PH (Increases after probationary period)
Hours:12 hour Shifts 7AM to 7PM
2 x 30 min break (Unpaid)
Schedule for Week 1: - Mon, Tues, Sat, and Sun
Schedule for Week 2 :- Wed, Thurs, and Friday

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a strong background in team management. This is a hands-on role where you will not only contribute to day-to-day warehouse activities but also help support and guide a small team to ensure operational excellence.

As a key part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while upholding high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example.
• Operate warehouse systems and equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, pallet trucks, forklifts) competently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment, in compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to management.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Assist in training new staff and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

What We are Looking For:

• Warehouse Experience: Demonstrable experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to guide and support a team while maintaining personal productivity.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in stock handling and order processing.
• Problem Solver: Able to act quickly and effectively in response to operational challenges.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Communication Skills: Clear communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
