We are actively recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team for busy multidrop delivery routes from our depots in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to deliver to depots
• Complete Tachograph procedures accurately
• Conduct vehicle checks accurately and record information.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both internally and externally, and report any faults or defects.
• Assist with loading of vehicle adhering to all H&S regulations.
• Comply with Working Time and European Tachograph regulations.
• 7am Starts
• 48 hours per week Minimum, based on 6 days until rotated weekend (every 3rd week Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon)

Experience required:

• Experience Class 2 Multi Drop Driving - HGV Driving: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer care experience
• Valid CPC & Digital tachograph
• Local geographical knowledge of 1.5 hours from Manchester
• Route planning experience
• No DR, DD or IN

Skills & Knowledge required:

• Manual Handling
• Ability to work independently.
• Good numeracy skills

Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing

Pay: £13.92 - Over time T1/2 after 48 hours
