Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and that any issues are resolved promptly, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across the site (e.g., plumbing, painting, carpentry, basic electrical repairs).

• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment.

• Assist with workshop and office setups, relocations, and furniture assembly when required.

• Conduct minor vehicle-related tasks (e.g., fitting racking, basic prep work) – training provided if necessary.

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete jobs in a timely manner.

• Ensure all tools and materials are stored safely and appropriately.

• Monitor and report issues with equipment or infrastructure.

• Assist with site cleanliness, waste disposal, and general upkeep.

• Adhere to all health & safety standards and company procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role.

• Good all-round maintenance skills (basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, etc.).

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a hands-on attitude.

• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks.

• Basic understanding of health and safety in a workshop environment.

• Work strong within a team and individually.

Shift Pattern/Hours

Days Regular - 42.5 hours a week

• Monday-Friday = 8am-5pm
