​We are seeking a skilled and reliable general tradesperson to join our team. This role combines responsibilities typically associated with a handyman, painter & decorator, and builder. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, a strong work ethic, and the ability to complete a wide range of repair, maintenance, and construction tasks across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks.

• Carry out interior and exterior painting and decorating jobs to a high standard.

• Assist with building work such as renovations, refurbishments, drywall installation, flooring, and basic structural tasks.

• Inspect properties to assess the scope of work and provide time and material estimates.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.

• Handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
