Job Description:

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.

• Cut, form, shape, and wrap foam or plastic parts for use in assembly, storage, and shipping.

• Monitor production machinery for issues and adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in factory environment or a similar role

• Own transport due to location

• To provide own safety boots
