Job Description:

A Multi-Drop Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to multiple customers or locations in a single day. The role requires excellent time management, customer service skills, and the ability to follow planned delivery routes. Drivers must ensure that all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards and relevant transport laws.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

• Deliver multiple packages to different locations according to the pre-planned schedule.

• Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to road safety and traffic regulations.

• Confirm delivery with recipients and obtain required signatures or electronic proof of delivery (POD).

• Conduct vehicle checks before and after shifts, reporting any issues to management.

• Follow route and time schedules, using GPS or delivery management software.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and log sheets as required.

• Provide excellent customer service; handle queries or complaints professionally.

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy at all times.

• Comply with all health & safety regulations, including manual handling procedures.

• Return undelivered packages and report delivery failures or issues to the dispatch team.
