Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team at an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fabrication, assembly, and materials handling. This role involves operating various machinery and tools, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment used in the production process.

• Assemble components and products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or malfunctions.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies as needed.

• Communal showers must be done on site.

• Blood tests and drug and alcohol tests are done on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Familiarity with fabrication processes, including welding and milling

• Proficient in using CAD software, particularly SolidWorks

• Ability to work effectively with hand tools and tooling equipment

• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Continental shift pattern, break down will be given on screening process.
