Regional Supervisor - Facilities & Commercial Cleaning (Midlands)

We're working with a growing facilities management company on the lookout for a hands-on Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across a range of commercial cleaning and maintenance projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in external cleaning, soft FM, or commercial maintenance who's ready to take the lead-managing people, projects, and helping grow the business locally.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure high service standards
Coordinate and allocate teams across various sites and jobs
Support job planning, scheduling, and progress updates
Act as point of contact for team members and clients on site
Conduct site audits, complete safety documentation, and ensure RAMS compliance
Help support business development in the region-quoting, building client relationships, and spotting new opportunities
Step in practically when required, particularly on high-priority projects

What You'll Need:

Experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or external maintenance services
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects or sites
Health & Safety awareness (RAMS, Working at Height, etc.)
A full UK driving licence (essential)
Positive, proactive attitude and the drive to grow with the company
