About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Production Operator.
This is a dual-role position where you will work across both warehouse and production areas, depending on site requirements. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and able to work efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse duties may include:

• Picking, packing, and preparing materials for dispatch

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Stock control and inventory management

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Ensuring all goods are stored safely and correctly

Production duties may include:

• Operating machinery and production equipment safely

• Assembling, inspecting, and packaging products to quality standards

• Loading and unloading materials or components for production lines

• Assisting with line changeovers and process adjustments

• Maintaining cleanliness and order on the production floor

• Reporting faults or quality issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a

  warehouse,

  production, or

  manufacturing

  environment preferred

• Ability to work across multiple areas and adapt to changing priorities

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

• Full flexibility for day and afternoon shifts (no night shift required)

• Must have own transport
