​Job Title: HGV Class 2

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in the Chepstow area.

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Ensure good driver compliance and use of tacho

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate class for commercial driving (C or CE).

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, preferably with flatbed lorries.

• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices for driving.

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients
