​Job Title: Recycling Yard Operative

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7 am – 5 pm, plus some Saturday 7am -1pm

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recycling Yard Operative to join our well-established client based in theTythegston, Bridgend area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Recycling company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team to sort materials on a picking line

• Sorting cardboard, paper, plastic and metal

• Some litter picking

• Working in a physically demanding role

• Working to good picking standard

• Working conditions can be dirty, dusty, and noisy.

Requirements:

• Flexible approach to shifts

• Optional Saturday shifts available

• Own transport due to location
