Job Title: Office Admin - Part Time

Location: Ebbw Vale

Employment Type: Part-Time, ongoing work

Salary: £14.00 an hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-2pm (nogotinable hours)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is confident working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and is comfortable using a computer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration tasks

  • Data entry and maintaining records

  • Preparing documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Answering emails and assisting with basic correspondence

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day admin duties

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills

  • Confident user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage time and work independently
